Go in shoulder season
September onwards offers the same beautiful beach and clear water with far fewer visitors than summer months.
Arrive early on weekends
Summer Saturdays fill by 9:30 am and parking becomes extremely difficult, especially in July and August.
Bring or rent a parasol
The beach has no natural shade, so you will need an umbrella or to rent a gazebo from beach bars.
Park in the overflow lot
On busy days, park 400 meters away at the lot before the ITV vehicle inspection station rather.
